These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skins Generator for Roblox mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Independent app. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Roblox and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission of a parent/guardian.

2. Roblox integration

The App may allow you to authenticate with Roblox and interact with Roblox services (including accessing your inventory/clothing and uploading items) using Roblox APIs. Your use of Roblox services is also governed by Roblox’s terms and policies, which are separate from these Terms.

You authorize the App to communicate with Roblox on your behalf to perform actions you request. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Roblox account and for any actions taken through it.

3. User content

You retain rights to the designs you create (“User Content”). You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with Roblox rules, third-party rights, and applicable laws.

You grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to operate the App (e.g., saving drafts, rendering previews, and uploading upon your request).

4. Prohibited use

Attempting to bypass security, authentication, or rate limits.
Using the App to infringe IP rights or upload prohibited/illegal content.
Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the App or Roblox services.
Using the App in a way that violates Roblox policies or applicable law.

5. Ads (AdMob)

The App may display ads provided by Google AdMob or other ad partners. Ad availability and formats may change over time.

6. In-app purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play under their terms. All sales may be final except where refunds are required by law or platform policy.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that uploads will be accepted by Roblox (which may apply its own rules, moderation, or eligibility requirements).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required to comply with law or platform policies.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice in the App where required.
