How do I report a bug or issue?
Email us at contact@pluganapp.com with the app name, a description of the issue, your iPhone model, and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings help us resolve problems faster.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. We don't have access to your payment information.
Are your apps free to download?
Most of our apps are free to download on the App Store. Some may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions — details are always shown on each app's App Store page before you download.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app, go to Settings or the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Do you collect my personal data?
We take privacy seriously. Each app collects only what's needed to function. Read our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection and your rights.
Can I suggest a new feature?
